Sneaker Shoe that Always Gets Compliments - I have worn these sneaker shoes for several years — I got them to wear on dress down day at work. I hate shoelaces on regular sneakers that come untied. These “shoes” slip on easily, look nice with jeans (I have the denim blue “suede type leather) and are very comfortable to wear all day. The fit is good — I would say they are true to size. I have a high instep so the stretchiness around the instep makes them very comfortable. Everyone always asks me where I got them. They are a little more feminine looking then the kind that Land’s End or LL Bean sells. Very lightweight too. Just be careful when washing them — I used “spray and wash” and took out some of the blue color. I would highly recommend these for everyone.
A truly gifted shoe! These shoes are incredible. I have the denim and beige slip-ons, and they not only look great-they feel great too. They provide excellent support, they fit true to size, and the design on the front of the shoe (see picture) gives them a funky fun look. Not only that, but the price is right, and the Zappos team sends you the product almost as you are ordering it!
One slight change in fit - I bought 4 different colors of this shoe last year, because they were so great in every way. I just ordered the new royal/white combo, and the fit is not quite the same. The heel rides up and down a little as I walk. Not enough for me to reject them, since I don’t do marathon walks, and they haven’t given me a blister. But it might be a concern for some who do walk all day. Last year’s shoes still fit perfectly and feel great. I wear a 7 1/2 in other shoes. In this one, the 7 is just right.
Janet’s review of Prop�t Wash-and-wear Slip-on’s - This review is being written after purchasing my second pair of these shoes. I now have the denim blue ones and the mushroom ones. These are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever worn, or at least in the last few years. The cushioning on the inside is very good and results in very little impact when walking. I have severe arthritis in both knees and I feel very stable in these shoes. The break-in period has been a little uncomfortable because I also have a serious bunion on my right foot, my larger foot, but I would not want to go to the 4E size which was the only other large width available because it may have been too wide. I am very satisfied with these shoes and would recommend them to anyone with mobility issues. Even with my wide foot and high instep I have relatively little trouble getting them on.

My favorite - This shoe is not my favorite for looks. But it is the one I choose to wear almost every day. Definitely fulfills all promises. I have wide flat feet and this shoe fits well and is so comfortable. Has just enough support for my lack of arch. So easy to slip on and off. Love, love, love this shoe.
I own 6 pairs of the Propet Wash & Wear slip-on. I have problems with my right foot due to back problems and these are the most comfortable shoe around!!! And they also look great! I wear a size 10 in most other shoes (including the Propet Boot) but I must get a 9 1/2 in these. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone…even if you don’t have foot problems.
Perfect Gift for a Registered Nurse- : ) I purchased this style, in white, for my daughter for Christmas. I was a bit worried, as she has a tendency to say my taste in shoes is a bit old for her. She works twelve plus hour shifts ~ she needed a shoe with great support. The washable factor is also a big plus! She absolutely loves them. She no longer complains of the leg and/or feet aches. After a few wearings, she had a slight rub on one heel. Placing thin comfort soles in the shoes eliminated the problem. This was due to her anatomy ~ not a shoe issue. I am next in line for a pair. : ) Recommended! I bought these because I thought they would be great for walking the dog and they are. The arch support felt like it may not be exactly what I need, but in fact they are comfortable and provide enough support for a good long walk. I tend to wear them much more than I thought I would.
Best Walking Shoe - I purchased these shoes a few weeks ago in the beige. I wanted the royal blue and white, but these were on sale. I tried them and loved them so much that I just ordered the royal blue at the regular price. They are the perfect walking shoe. From the moment I put them on they were comfortable. Further, they look good on your feet. I wear wide width shoes and I had no problem with these shoes gapping or pinching. An excellent value for the money at either price.
Comfy! After reading reviews of lots of different styles, I felt that this shoe would probably be the best for me. I was looking for a shoe in which I could do a lot of walking without my feet hurting. This shoe is very comfortable…lots of toe room and foot support. I wore it for a week sightseeing in South Africa…no foot problems whatsoever! I only gave it 4 stars for looks because on my big feet, they look like boats. But that is more than made up for in comfort. For me they’re not as easy to get on as some have said because of my high instep, but they do stretch enough that with a little wiggling I can get them on. I highly recommend this style.

I bought these because my Zappos clogs that I wear EVERY day will be a bit chilly when the snow is 6″ deep… but we have not had snow yet, so I’ve only worn the Prop�t�s around the house so far. Although they are not the most attractive shoe I have ever had, they actually look much better on my foot than I thought they would!! So, while I thought they’d get about a 2 for look, they are really a 4!! VERY ROOMY!! Can’t wait to actually wear them somewhere and see how others react to them! Comfortable at first wearing and on long walks. Cannot comment on arch support as I do not need it. An intermediate color option would be nice (in addition of light beige and black). I was looking for a comfortable, slip-on, sneaker type of shoe. These shoes are very easy to get on and off, yet feel secure when walking. The heel is a bit loose, but not so loose as to be annoying. Overall I’m very happy with these shoes. This is the second pair of the slip on shoes I have bought for my daughter. She has an extra wide foot and Propet shoes are excellent for her because of the range of widths. She used to wear the ones with velcro, but given a choice she likes the slip ons best.
IT’S ALL GOOD. I got these shoes based on the solid reviews, and I am very happy with them. I have been putting off hip replacement surgery for the last couple of years, and my overall muscle condition has drastically deteriorated due to lack of exercise. I’m able to maintain my full-time job that requires some (not a great deal) of walking), but that’s about it - my whole body gets torqued from limping all day to keep weight off my hip. I no longer have the flexibility to bend down to tie shoes, nor can I raise my left leg high enough to tie them sitting down. To top it off, I have a bunion on my right foot. I wore sandals all summer, but knew that none of my enclosed shoes were going to be comfortable enough to get me through this winter. Well, these shoes work. They’re light and comfortable, they accept my orthotics, and the only time my feet have bothered me was when I spent a couple of hours Christmas shopping after working all day. Highly recommend.
Happy Feet - Happy again! My 2nd pair of Propets- I hadn’t heard of them until recently browsing Zappos website. 99% of shoes I cannot wear, because they’re too narrow- way too narrow. I needed & got the medium-wide width. I was afraid the neoprene collar would be too small to get my foot in, like all neoprene collars, but am pleasantly surprised that they’re easy on & off, + I can even wear them with a heavyweight wool sock- all day- in warmth & comfort. Look great w/ jeans, sweats- much more stylish than running shoes. Leather/suede upper is water resistant/stain resistant- I’ve worn these to run move into a new house, clean/organize and run errands (including going out into Christmas tree farm field!) and the water/mud/dirt s repelled by the leather exterior- they still look brand new. VERY comfy, warm, supportive, and current/fashionable as athletic/hiking shoes go!
Ordered wrong size - I have no idea what I was thinking except that I just recently moved to Illinois and had the idea that I would be wearing heavier socks; therefore, I ordered the next larger size. Big mistake as now I have blisters!!! My own fault, though, as I have another pair in another color and in the RIGHT size and they are sensational.
