• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Import Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and inserts.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.
• Cost: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank processing times may vary.
